Shipping Policy
ORDER CONFIRMATION & TRACKING
Once an order is placed, a confirmation email will automatically be sent to the provided email address with an order number for reference.
You will receive an additional email with tracking information once the order has shipped. Tracking numbers will be active within 24 hours.
If you do not receive a confirmation or shipment notification, please check your spam folder before contacting sorbetdesigns@gmail.com.
SHIPPING TIMES
These items are made to order so shipping times may vary depending on location. Usually ships within a week.

Please note that fulfillment time could vary during sales and holiday seasons. Delivery days are estimates only and not guaranteed.
For Digital Download items you will receive a two separate emails:
- Confirmation of your order
- The download link
The download link can only be downloaded from 3 times and after that you will need to repurchase the item. So be careful where you save the files to and to what devices. If you do not receive you download link, please check your spam folder first and if not received after 24 hours, please contact sorbetdesigns@gmail.com.
ORDER CHANGES & CANCELATIONS
We do not accept changes once an order has been placed.
To request an order cancellation, please contact us immediately at sorbetdesigns@gmail.com with your name and order number. We do not accept cancelations once an order is sent to production. Orders are sent to production 24 hours after an order is made.
INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS
The customer is responsible for inputting the correct shipping address at checkout. If your order has not been sent to production, you may request a change in shipping address. Orders are sent to production 24 hours after an order is made.
To request an address change, please contact sorbetdesigns@gmail.com with your name and order number. Please note that once your order is sent to production, we will not be able to make any adjustment or redirect it.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We do not accept returns/exchanges. Sorbet Designs Shop is not responsible for any products damaged or lost during shipping.
If you receive a broken item, please contact sorbetdesigns@gmail.com with your name, order number, and a photo of the item in the condition you received it. You must contact us within 30 days of receiving your item.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
All Digital Download sales are final. These are instant digital download files and as such there will be no refunds issued, but please reach out to me with any questions or concerns.
LOST PACKAGES
Sorbet Designs Shop is not responsible for packages that may become lost in transit.
We do not have control of the shipping timeline of your package. It is the responsibility of the customer to track, locate packages or contact the mail carrier to submit a claim.
